FAQ for booking CIMAC Accommodation

Welcome to Zurich at the CIMAC Congress 2025. Conference Services is the official hotelbooking agent for CIMAC Congress 2025 in Zurich and provides special congress rates to CIMAC participants. Accommodation is carefully selected based on vicinity to KONGRESSHAUS Zurich, overall quality and services. All reservations should be made directly through the provided link https://hotel-services.ch/en/cimac-congress-2025/ . Rates are per room per night, including breakfast plus city tax. We strongly advise CIMAC participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Reservations and rates received after 15.04.2025 are not guaranteed.

 1.      When is your hotel room officially confirmed?

As soon as you receive the hotel confirmation your hotel room is officially booked. For the reservation your credit card details will be required as guarantee. The hotel might charge for your stay on your arrival day. Please note that a certain amount might be reserved on your credit card.

2.       Can I change the name of the hotel guests?

You can change the name of the hotel guests at any time the day of arrival.

3.      How can I pay for my hotel reservation?

Yes, payment can be done by credit card or cash at check in or check out. Please note that this depends on the hotel’s policy and a certain amount might be blocked on your credit card as guarantee.

 4.      I have a specific question about the hotel, can I contact the hotel directly?

For all hotel and reservation related questions, please contact the hotel, for amendments in your bookings please contact Conference Services.

 5.      Can I reserve early check in (before 14:00) or late checkout (after 12:00) at a later stage?

Early check in and late check out has to be requested at the hotel directly and is subject to availability Please note that hotel might charge for early check in or late check out.

 6.      Can I change my reservation at a later stage, depending on the arrival date and time?

Amendments of the booking can be sent to Conference Services who will be pleased to help you. Kindly note that changes are depending on the Hotel’s cancellation and amendment policy.

 7..   I would like to extend my stay in Zurich, or wish to arrive earlier. Is it possible to arrange accommodation?
